As we enjoyed homemade treats (the mini fruit tarts were a unanimous favorite!), conversations naturally flowed from shared stories to our shared mission. We reflected on the customer needs we’ve met and the markets we’ve reached—proud to share solutions like 18.3L/h of 98°C boiling water on demand and the versatile 3-in-1 sparkling, chilled, and filtered water technology. We are energized to tell the story of each health-focused detail—from scale-free operation and 100% healthy materials in our instant hot water dispensers, to the ECO refrigerant and space-saving design of our sparkling water dispensers.
These gatherings are more than just fun; they are where creative campaign ideas spark and client insights are shared. The same collaboration that helped us decorate a tree (even a lopsided one!) is what enables us to clearly explain the benefits of Tuya APP control for precise temperature settings (45~98℃ for hot water, 3-12℃ for chilled) and confidently communicate the multiple safety protections built into all our products, including the durable stainless steel housing.
