At 11:00 AM, the HR & Admin Department organized the distribution of commemorative gifts at the JNOD headquarters showroom.
At 2:00 PM, the JNOD Group’s 16th Anniversary Celebration, themed “Grateful for You, Journeying Together Through 16 Years,” was grandly held at the Xuelinli Sports Center. Chairman Huang Weiping, General Manager Shirley Zuo, Deputy General Manager Zhang Huazhan, the executive team, and all employees gathered together. Through fun competitive games, they embodied the spirit of unity that has defined JNOD’s journey over the past sixteen years.
The event featured a dual-format competition: “Point-Based Challenges + Relay Decisive Rounds.” The point-based segment included six challenge stations such as “Energy Transfer,” “Team Water Retrieval,” and “World Navigators,” where randomly formed teams competed against each other to earn points on the leaderboard.
Later, in his speech, the Chairman reviewed the company’s journey: from the days when management and employees worked side by side on the production line tightening screws to meet deadlines, to today, where JNOD ranks among the global leaders in instant electric water heater technology. He emphasized that it was the hard work of every employee that built JNOD into what it is today, and expressed gratitude for every encounter along the way. Looking forward, the Chairman announced three strategic directions:
- Technology Development: Embrace AI technology to upgrade electric heating products and consolidate JNOD’s global leadership in professional water heater technology.
- Market Expansion: Accelerate the development of global channels.
- Talent Commitment: Build a larger platform for employee growth.
“I firmly believe that as long as we unite with one heart and one mind, and through the collective efforts of all JNOD members, we will achieve our goal of 800 million in five years!” Finally, the Chairman concluded his speech with blessings for JNOD’s future and heartfelt thanks to employees and their families for their unwavering support.
During the ceremony, Chairman Huang Weiping, General Manager Shirley Zuo, Deputy General Manager Zhang Huazhan, and the executive team jointly cut the anniversary cake, symbolizing the company’s growth journey and elevating the celebratory atmosphere to its peak.
At the end of the event, all employees gathered for a group photo with banners and received afternoon tea gift boxes. Together, they tasted “the sweetness of sixteen years of shared journey.”
