In a significant gathering aimed at comprehensively reviewing the operational achievements of 2025 and systematically charting the course for 2026, JNOD Group successfully held its Annual Review and Strategic Planning Conference from January 21st to 22nd, 2026, at the Jiangmen Xinhui Longquan Hot Spring Resort. The meeting brought together Group Chairman Mr. Huang Weiping, President Ms. Zuo Xiuling, heads of various functional centers, management teams from all subsidiaries, and core team members.

The agenda was intensive and substantial, with a core focus on thorough business retrospect and forward-looking planning. Heads of the Group’s functional centers delivered their reports first, followed by detailed presentations from subsidiaries including Nuozhan E-commerce, Wenteng, New Energy, Zhuojing Electronics, and the Egypt Factory. The reports centered on annual target attainment, market competition, in-depth analysis of shortcomings, and plans for the new year. Following the comprehensive review of all reports, Group Chairman Mr. Huang Weiping delivered a concluding speech.   • Strategic Focus and Path Clarification: Chairman Huang emphasized the firm implementation of the three-pillar strategy: “Deepening Core Business, Exploring a Second Growth Curve, and Strengthening Cross-Border Synergies.” He urged all business units to focus on areas that create genuine value for customers and avoid resource dilution. Exploration of new businesses must adhere to the principle of “bold hypothesis, careful verification,” backed by a strict risk control system.
  • New Positioning for Group Empowerment: It was formally clarified that the Group headquarters will transform into an “Empowerment and Service Platform,” with core functions of “managing direction, managing risk, and managing performance,” fully supporting front-line business development to achieve the synergistic goal of “delegation, empowerment, and providing opportunity.”
  • New Requirements for Managers: A call was made for all managers to transition their mindset from “executors” to “operators,” cultivating a holistic vision, making courageous decisions, and committing to team development by considering the growth of subordinates as a key responsibility.
  • Adherence to Long-Termism: The Chairman demanded that the entire Group persist in healthy growth, opposing the distortion of business essence for the mere pursuit of scale or data.

Subsequently, in a solemn yet confident atmosphere, the “2026 Annual Operating Target Responsibility Document” Signing Ceremony was held. Each responsible person and supervisor signed their respective documents.
